When you go to www.beyondborders.net, you need to go up to the menu bar and click "Contribute", because if you go to "Donate Now" it is a short form that does not have the comment line. This will interfere with your ability to keep track.... Hope the training is going well. Sarah

Hi to all!
2010 will be quite the year for me- I'll turn 60, learn how to use a smart phone (probably smarter than me!), do a blog, and cycle 3,777 miles across the US raising funds for www.BeyondBorders.net !
Hope you'll go to their web site & make a donation. Click on the yellow "Donate Now" button & put Barb's Bike Trip in the "Additional Feedback" section. I'm trying to raise $2 per mile ($7,554) since 80% of Haitians live on less than $2 a day. As you well know, they were devastated by an earthquake in January in addition to the 4 hurricanes in 2009.
Next post will include my route map and itinerary, so please check in again.
Posts will be infrequent till my departure from Yorktown, VA on May 7, 2010.
